This year’s much-anticipated annual Melbourne Cup luncheon was organised by Judy McCluskey at the fabulous WIP on the Park. The venue was transformed into a scene of elegance, excitement, and friendly competition as guests dressed to impress, enjoying a steady flow of bubbly drinks and a deliciously curated lunch, followed by a glamorous fashion show. Awards were given for best-dressed man, best hat, and best-dressed overall, celebrating the style and creativity of the guests.

The Melbourne Cup, Australia’s most prestigious horse race, has a rich history dating back to 1861. Known as “the race that stops a nation,” it combines world-class horse racing with fashion, festivity, and community spirit.

This tradition has transcended borders, with celebrations taking place globally, bringing people together to honor this iconic event.

Thanks to our wonderful sponsors—PEPEBOND Talent Group, TEG Media, Beverly Wilshire, WIP, Engel Spa, Zanadu, Asian Tigers Group, Katherine Florist, and Hank's—the excitement continued with our lucky door tickets, offering many incredible prizes for the lucky winners.

This memorable event wouldn’t have reached such success without the generous support of our sponsors, the dedicated staff at WIP, and the enthusiastic attendance of our community. Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to announce that next year’s celebration will reach even greater heights, delivering an experience that’s bigger, bolder, and more unforgettable.

Be sure to check out our social media pages for photos and highlights from this year’s event, and stay in touch as we start planning for another fantastic Melbourne Cup celebration!
